What better question to start this BLOG page than with the most common question asked about dental implants? While this question may be risky, I decided to jump right in “feet first” with the question on everyone’s mind. It has been said, “with great risk comes great rewards,” and let there be no doubt that dental implants offer phenomenal rewards!
So let’s get back to the question, “how much do dental implants cost?” I would love to just blurt out a simple answer. And I don’t mean to dodge the question. But, the answer is just not simple. Some people need one tooth, a few teeth or all teeth. Some patient’s need tissue grafting and site preparation. Some are suffering from trauma while others from decades of gum disease. Some people require a fixed “permanent” replacement while others are happy to find that they would be happy with a less expensive, removable restoration. Simply stated, “there are a variety of treatments available to individual patients and they come with a range of costs.” So that being said, you will never know the exact cost to YOU unless you undergo a thorough dental examination.
During your personalized consultation at my office, you will discover that there is a range of options and a range of fees. The overall cost of treatment may be a couple of thousand dollars to ten thousand dollars. It may be more depending upon your needs and your desires. But I always remind folks to not make any assumptions until you’ve had your examination. Many people are pleasantly surprised to find out that they don’t need as much work as they feared. And many people are equally surprised to learn of options they didn’t know were available. So stop worrying and wondering what it might cost. Simply come meet me, sit down and talk. I’ll listen to your concerns and take a look at your problem. And I’ll present your best options. You can regain the lead from there.
